Transit time is usually 3-5 business days.

How much will shipping cost?
When placing an online order, place the items you would like in your cart and begin the checkout process. Your shipping costs (which are based on weight & zip code) will be calculated for you BEFORE you are asked for your payment.

Can I pick up my order?
We do not offer any pickups from our warehouse at this time.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Product must be returned in its original form. Once we receive your return, we'll credit you the cost of the original item minus the shipping costs.

Missing item

Damaged or defective item
Please contact us as adminfp@sfpusa.com. We gladly can send a replacement. We request photos on damages. The item does not need to be returned to us.

Incorrect item
Please contact us at adminfp@sfpusa.com. We will gladly send the correct item and provide a return label for the incorrect item.
