Return customers receive a discount. Sign up for a customer account and you’ll receive a 5% discount starting with your 3rd order. 

Bulk Order Discount
The following discounts apply to bulk orders and are automatically applied to your online orders: 

10% off an order $4,000 or more (excluding shipping costs).   

Only one discount will apply at checkout.

When will my order arrive?
Transit time is usually 3-5 business days.

How much will shipping cost?
When placing an online order, place the items you would like in your cart and begin the checkout process. Your shipping costs (which are based on weight & zip code) will be calculated for you BEFORE you are asked for your payment.

Can I pick up my order?
Not at this time.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Product must be returned in its original form. Once we receive your return, we'll credit you the cost of the original item minus the shipping costs. For more, see our full return policy.

Damaged or defective item
Please contact us as InandOutHomecanada@gmail.com. We gladly can send a replacement. We request photos on damages. The item does not need to be returned to us.

Incorrect item
